Navigating HHPA Software (Jegysoft)
Logging into Member Portal:
The Member Portal is where you will be able to access all programing such as open play, ladders, tournaments etc.
To log into your account, go to the HHPA website - www.haltonhillspickleball.ca
Click on to the tab that reads “Members Login” on the main page.
Enter your “login email & password” and you are all set to access everything HHPA has to offer.
If you have forgotten your password or email, select appropriate question and follow online instructions.
Signup for Programs:
To register for a Session such as open play, sign up for ladders, etc., log into your member portal.
Under “Sign Up For Drop Ins..., ” select “Register for Calendar Sign-Ups Programs” option.
Once at the Calendar Sign-Ups, you can refine your search by select a tab at the top of the Calendar i.e "Drop In Play"
Select the Session by selecting the colored Tab on the date you wish to register for. Once confirming your registration, you will recieve an email confirmation of your registered session.
Cancel Signup Programs:
To edit or cancel a Session, log into your Member Portal.
Under “Sign Up For Drop Ins...” select “View/Cancel My Registrations" option.
All current and future sessions for you will be displayed with a "Cancel" button. Click button to cancel registration. You will receive an email that your registration has been cancelled.
